Friday... still here.

Just got back from another echo on Rowan's heart. She's still at a steady 210 bpm, but isn't showing any signs of distress. We are going to double my dose of flecanide to try to break this a little more quickly. The doctor is still confident that we'll get her into a normal rate soon. We have another cardiology appointment on Monday morning, but hopefully things will have started to improve before then. In the meantime, we're waiting it out in the gloomiest hospital room ever. Last time I was here, I had a fantastic view of the city. This time, there's just a tiny window with a view of the other side of the building. But we're getting fantastic care and we're optimistic that we can get Rowan back to "normal" so we can finally go home.
